Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories), Canada, the U.K. Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and Poland.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. Shipping will be calculated in real-time at checkout. Orders over $70 ship for free.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders will be shipped from our US, Canadian or European warehouse within 2-4 business days after order placement.

How soon can I receive my package?

It typically takes 2-3 business days to process your order and another 2-7 business days via standard shipping for your package to arrive at your destination. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other carrier-related delays). If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We don’t ship on non-business days or holidays.

Processing & Shipping times

Note that processing times are not included in Shipping times. It is the time we need to verify your order, tailor it, provide last-minute quality checks and pack.

How do I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 2-4 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders Monday through Friday, and any orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. No worries, We will take care of the customs duty fees.
